Refund policy

Digital Downloads All digital products — including MP3s, WAV files, PDF booklets, lyrics sheets, artwork, and other downloadable items — are final sale and non-refundable. Once a file has been delivered or downloaded, we cannot accept returns due to the nature of digital goods.
Exceptions may be considered only in cases of technical issues that prevent successful download (e.g., corrupted or unplayable files). Please contact us at team@fullmoonweb.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the problem. We will review and address eligible cases promptly.
Physical Merchandise For physical items such as art prints, apparel, posters, and other merchandise: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags intact and in the original packaging.
To start a return, email us at team@fullmoonweb.com. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping label when your return is approved.
International Returns International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us right away at team@fullmoonweb.com if the item arrives damaged or defective so we can resolve it quickly.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason. The item must still meet the same condition requirements listed above (unused, original packaging, etc.).
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to post the credit.

- Sale items and gift cards
- Custom or personalized orders (if offered in the future)
Order Cancellations We can only cancel orders before they are processed or shipped. Digital orders are processed immediately.
