SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS We offer digital downloads (music tracks in MP3/WAV format, PDF booklets, lyrics, artwork) and physical merchandise (art prints, apparel, posters, and other POD items).

We strive for accurate representations, but colors and appearances may vary depending on your device. All product descriptions are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS & DIGITAL LICENSES Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders. Digital orders are processed immediately upon payment.

Digital Products: Upon successful purchase and download, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, share, copy, or commercially exploit any digital files. All content remains copyrighted by Full Moon Web LLC / Chris Dwight Miller.

Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING Prices are in USD and do not include taxes, shipping, or customs fees unless stated. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize charges, including any applicable taxes and shipping.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY We ship physical items from the United States. Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon transfer to the carrier.

International Sales: You are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, and brokerage fees. Delivery times and costs vary by country.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All music, lyrics, artwork, designs, trademarks, pseudonyms (e.g., Chris McGrannahan, Willie B Poppin, Hank Horsepower, Kenny Hockett, etc.), and other content are owned by or licensed to Full Moon Web LLC / Chris Dwight Miller and protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly perform any content without prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS & THIRD-PARTY LINKS We may provide access to third-party tools or links. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Use them at your own risk.

SECTION 8 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY Our store is powered by Shopify. However, all sales are directly between you and Full Moon Web LLC. You release Shopify from any claims related to your purchases.

SECTION 9 - FEEDBACK Any feedback, reviews, or suggestions you submit grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them for any purpose.

SECTION 10 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders if needed, even after an order is placed.
