Shipping policy

Digital Downloads  
All digital products (MP3s, WAV files, PDF booklets, lyrics, artwork, etc.) are delivered **instantly** after successful payment. Files will be available for download in your Shopify account under **Orders → Downloads**. 

We recommend downloading your files immediately and saving backup copies. If you experience any technical issues accessing your download, please contact us at team@fullmoonweb.com within 7 days with your order number.

Physical Merchandise  
We ship physical items (art prints, apparel, posters, and other print-on-demand merchandise) from the United States. 

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 2–5 business days.
• Shipping Times: Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are calculated by the carrier (usually 5–12 business days domestic, longer internationally). These are estimates only and not guaranteed.
• Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method selected. We offer standard and expedited options where available.
• International Shipping 
  We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for:
  • All customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, and brokerage fees
  • Any additional charges imposed by your country
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking 
You will receive a tracking number via email once your physical order ships. You can also track your order in your Shopify account.

Address Accuracy  
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
